Features of the Building
The Morgia Group contracted with DC Building Systems Inc. when they ran out of space in their current offices. We worked with Aubertine and Currier in a collaborative effort to deliver this project on time and within budget. The project was new construction 3,600Sf wood framed two story office building with a full basement. The exterior of the building was covered with a mix of cement board siding and cultured stone veneer. DC Building Systems was the Prime Contractor on this project, self-performing Sitework, Concrete work, Rough Carpentry work, as well as the interior finish and carpentry work.
